WHY THE ACADEMY?
Because knowing what to do and doing it under pressure are not the same thing.
You can understand every presentation tip in the world and still go blank when somebody senior asks you a question, over-prepare a talk until it sounds nothing like you, or sit in a meeting with a good idea and never quite get it out.
