When does access begin?
The full programme opens on 30 September 2026. Founding teams can secure £1,000 annual access now and will receive setup instructions before launch.
Why is the Team Pass so cost-effective?
Because On Demand removes venue, travel and repeated delivery costs without stripping out the personalisation. Up to 10 people can use the same expertly built programme while each keeps their own login, route and progress. The lower cost comes from the delivery model, not a lower-value experience, making effective communication development viable for smaller teams as well as larger organisations.
How do the additional team logins work?
Send the learner email addresses to the admin team. Each person gets their own individual login so they can work through the programme and chart their own progress.
Can we track progress?
Yes. Individual learner accounts allow progress and engagement to be tracked, with team-level analysis available if useful.
Can people share one login?
Each learner gets their own space so they can save progress and use the programme properly. That also means you can see individual engagement if you choose to track it.
What if we have fewer than 10 people?
The Team Pass is £1,000 for up to 10 people. A smaller team can simply use the learner spaces it needs, with the remaining spaces available during the access year.
What if we have more than 10 people?
Larger team packages are available. If you need more than 10 learner spaces, use the contact option at checkout or email Nikki and the additional access can be arranged.
Is this only for nervous speakers?
No. It is designed for everyone from people who feel anxious about speaking to experienced communicators who overthink, over-prepare or want more clarity and impact.
Can we add live training later?
Yes. On Demand can stand alone or become the first layer before live workshops, team sessions or a deeper communication partnership.
What happens at renewal?
